 xperienced musicians and instructors. The decision to learn an instrument 
 can be a big one\, IDD gives kids the opportunity to find what sparks their
  interest and connect with NCYO artistic faculty and student and parent vol
 unteers.\nThe North Carolina Youth Orchestra will kick off the event with a
  Free Family Concert\, allowing aspiring musicians to hear the instrument p
